This patient had severe skin contraction and tissue collapse following a previous rhinoplasty. This gives the nose a very operated, unnatural look and also can affect breathing. She required and open revision rhinoplasty with cartilage and fascia grafting to reconstruct her tip. Edema (swelling) in the tip following revision rhinoplasty may take months to resolve completely.
