This patient had a crooked nose with alar notching and scar tissue in the middle vault. An open revision rhinoplasty was performed to correct these issues and give her an elegant, natural appearing nose. A liquid facelift was also performed to correct her lower eyes and nasolabial folds.

Following a previous rhinoplasty, this patient had an overprojected tip with visible cartilage edges, as well as excess columellar show.
