This patient had a crooked nose with alar notching and scar tissue in the middle vault. An open revision rhinoplasty was performed to correct these issues and give her an elegant, natural appearing nose. A liquid facelift was also performed to correct her lower eyes and nasolabial folds.

Following a previous rhinoplasty, this patient had an overprojected tip with visible cartilage edges, as well as excess columellar show. Revision rhinoplasty was peformed to give her the smaller, more natural and refined nose she desired. Dr. David also performed liposuction in the neck to create an ideal profile view.
