Revision rhinoplasty to reconstruct tip.
Patient 7
Patient had a retracted columella (flat bottom portion of nose) and a saddle deformity (overly scooped out bridge). Revision rhinoplasty was performed with auricular cartilage grafting.

Correction of middle vault collapse and droopy tip following previous rhinoplasty.
Patient 2
This patient complained of a crooked nose following a previous rhinoplasty. A displaced bridge implant was removed and replaced, her tip was refined, and a chin implant was added by Dr. David to balance to her face.
Patient 3
This patient had a crooked nose with alar notching and scar tissue in the middle vault. An open revision rhinoplasty was performed to correct these issues and give her an elegant, natural appearing nose. A liquid facelift was also performed to correct her lower eyes and nasolabial folds.
Patient 4
Following a previous rhinoplasty, this patient had an overprojected tip with visible cartilage edges, as well as excess columellar show. Revision rhinoplasty was peformed to give her the smaller, more natural and refined nose she desired. Dr. David also performed liposuction in the neck to create an ideal profile view.
Patient 5
This patient had severe skin contraction and tissue collapse following a previous rhinoplasty. This gives the nose a very operated, unnatural look and also can affect breathing.
